There is no assessment or proof of need required for an Eat Share meal.

Thank you for referring someone for a prepared meal delivery! It is important that all recipients of Eat Share are in agreement with receiving a meal, and have the opportunity to share any dietary restrictions or allergies. To ensure this, we do require full contact information of anyone being referred, as they need to communicate directly with us prior to finalizing any deliveries.
