Community Meal 2023

We welcomed the community to join us for a free meal at Today Farm in Muncy. Little did we realize the immense community support that would rally to make this meal a reality with less than one month of planning:

18 private food & monetary donors

20 business food & monetary donors

45 total volunteers Sat (prep day) + Sun (meal day)

150 served at the farm + all remaining food donated to the YWCA Liberty House to feed residents & staff

Good community service happens with good community support. Thank you to all the kind hearts who didn't hesitate to help make this first free large-scale meal a reality. Eat Share's values are dignity, benevolence, and collaboration--and this event was the embodiment of our mission.
